After you submit your appointment request, my team will reach out to you to complete a new patient intake packet. Once we receive your completed packet, we'll schedule your initial telemedicine consultation. Rest assured, we'll guide you through the process of accessing your video visit smoothly.

Insurances & Billing
I accept most major insurance plans, making my services accessible to a wide range of individuals. In addition, there's a monthly concierge fee for all patients, which ensures you receive personalized care and access throughout the year. This fee also covers the cost of remote exam equipment that will be shipped to your home after you onboard as a new patient.
